Qualifications

I am a qualified and registered Counsellor (BACP) and Psychologist (BPS), having completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a masters degree in Clinical & Health psychology, and my professional diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy alongside numerous subsequent courses.

Professional Experience

I have previous experience working as both a Therapist and Psychologist with all manner of clients, including supporting members of the local community with general mental health concerns, young adults from neglectful and traumatising backgrounds, along with experience working within an addiction rehabilitation facility to empower people to understand themselves and create and foster structure, worthiness, and love in their lives.

I have also attended numerous courses on Acceptance and Commitment therapy with Dr. Russ Harris and Dr. Robyn Walser:
